The overall experience was good (as can be for the procedure) I felt like I was informed all along the way and everyone was caring and explained everything that I was going through. Dr. Saks was very informative about the the procedure and recommendation for the future. I feel totally comfortable with what Dr. Saks told me.. Thank you Dr. Saks.

Dr. Saks is the most caring physician I have ever had and I’m almost 50. She listens completely, empathizes and makes me part of my healthcare decisions. She is always on time or early. The staff there is kind and accommodating. I feel lucky and blessed to have found Dr. Saks.
Dr. Saks was friendly, informative, forthright thorough and succinct. She answered all my questions in understandable terms. Her support staff were professional, caring and highly competent. When my prescription was initially denied by insurance Jamie in pharmacy support went to bat for me and made it happen. Great teamwork!
