I was pleased with the treatment provided by Dr. Saks who was able to explain an otherwise alarming comment from the tech who read my CAT scan done in the ER, and assure me that no urgent medical intervention was necessary.

Dr. Saks is kind, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. She took my symptoms seriously ( after others were dismissive ). Through a combination of dietary changes and appropriate medication, my gut issues are resolved and I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years. She is a great doctor.

Dr Saks and her team were wonderful every step of the way of my colonoscopy, from the setting of the appointment, advance preparation instructions (including Q&A), the check-in, procedure prep. the procedure itself and post procedure. I felt safe and heard at all times.

I had to repeat the purge due to drinking a small glass (about 6 ounces) of water on the 1st try. Why did I do this? Due to the pre-surgery forms, I was given the impression I could be awake for the surgery. This had nothing to do with Dr. Saks but having too much information, some of which was wrong resulting in a false assumption.

Dr. Saks was fantastic, I only wish that I could find a PCP as amazing as she is!

Dr.Saks is the best gastroenterologist! She’s kind , caring and knowledgeable. I had intractable IBS-D and she worked with me, for over a year using evidence based medicine. She never dismissed my challenges and step by step we worked together to control the symptoms and address the complex underlying issues that caused the terrible.consequences of Irritable bowel and bathroom urgency. It took time, (there were several factors involved) but I am now healthy after years of struggle. She is a very special doctor.
