Dr Karen Jacks has been a partner during my ordeal. She is compassionate and very straight forward is explaining what to expect about my condition, from the description of my disease and the medication it will entail. She provided me a wide range of options for my careful decision. She's very professional in her dealings with me and to my husband who has been intently following Dr Jack's recommendations as regard management of my ailment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacks’ since 2016. She listens to her patients and is very positive. Cancer patients are bombarded with negative information. Dr. Jacks is a realist, which is needed for a cancer patient, but is still positive and caring at every visit.

I have been with Dr. Jacks for 11 years. She is amazing! So caring, patient, and doesn’t leave a stone unturned. I live in Colorado now, but will never give up Dr. Jacks.

Extremely smart, kind and compassionate doctor. I trust she is the very best of the best. Sure wished I had of understood their new virtual visits system better because I sat waiting for Dr. Jacks to call and never received it simply because I did not understand what I was supposed to do. I was sad and disappointed that I lost my appt time. It was my fault that I didn’t know what to do, however it would have been nice had her office had someone phone me to help me because next appt is a long time away.

The facility is very well managed. My office visits always go smoothly No matter what my visit is for all of the personnel are friendly and always helpful. Dr. Jack is the best of the best and has the patients of a saint. (dealing with me)
