Dr. Jacks is a warm, caring, considerate and extremely qualified Oncologist. She always comes in with a smile and takes the time to listen. She answers all my questions fully. She even lets my out of town daughter be on the phone during my appointments. No one better to help you through your cancer fight.

On time, dr jacks is a very professional. Intelligent, experienced oncologist . Very compassionate. Show empathy to her patients and she is beautiful inside and out I'm so lucky and blessed that she is my oncologist since 2018. I'm forever grateful to her and to her team.

Most professional, top notch cancer centers with knowledgeable associates and staff and technicians to give comprehensive treatment to eradicate cancer. Very good personal attention.

In 6 months, I've never been seen when my appointment was scheduled. She is a lovely and pleasant lady, but I think she has too many patients scheduled daily. Her scheduler is very rude and non-caring. Comprehensive Cancer Center wants you to arrive early for your appointment, and I don't know why. If they are going to run late, they need to serve refreshments and make the waiting area more comfortable.
