She cares about you as a patient! Very easy to talk to, she listens and provides you help!
Dr. Jacks and her staff are exceptionally caring and empathetic. They deal with the most vulnerable of patients with kid gloves. Having a cancer diagnosis is so frightening it's wonderful to have found a doctor who is concerned and listens to you while insuring you that your cup is indeed half full.
She is very nice and also answers all questions.
