They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. .I didn't wait long at all. First off.. SHE is the degreed doctor, and YOU are the non-degreed patient. Therefore you will wait to be seen, the question is how long. Objections to the wait will only result in thinly veiled condesention. Secondly, the office has old, 5-15 year old dated (non digital) x-ray, nuclear medicine, mammo, ultrasound, and lab equipment, with inferior image and data capturing/transmitting devices. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this provider's office too cold? Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
