I called to make an appt. to get my teeth cleaned. Office attendant answering phone was combative, rude and short with me. She told me I couldn't just make an appt. She said I had to appear on this "list" from my insurance. She said she couldn't call/check w/my insurance. I called my insurance and I was told I was set to be a patient here. Gal at dental office said first I had get examined then they would decide which type of cleaning I was to get, what? never heard of this and this not my first time getting my teeth cleaned... read more
