Karen is one of the better health care providers in the area. She is kind and she really listens. Everyone in the office is really nice. Worth the drive to Empire.
Never returns patients phone calls, why would you not return a patient phone call when her blood pressure is 160/104. Been waiting for weeks and called several times.
