It was my first visit and I waited almost 2 hrs. Then a resident dr came in I asked if I was going to see Dr. Jacobs and she said maybe at the end of the visit if necessary. I wasn’t expecting a resident especially since it was my first visit. She asked some health questions then left the room to talk to the dr and I waited about 20 mins and no one returned so now I’m there 2 hrs and haven’t accomplished anything. Dr. Jacobs takes the time to listen to our questions and takes quick action to run tests and find a solution to keep me and by wife healthy. We highly recommend this doctor that has a passion to help others.
This doctor coerced me into a vaccine and a medicine that should have never been given to me. Terrible patient manners, and very belittling. Heard her discussing me with the staff, and laughing. Asked for my notes to take to a new, competent doctor, and was given incomplete notes. No mention of several interactions, and no mention of the vaccine. I have never been well since being her patient. These physicians need to stop gaslighting and take their oath seriously.
As a new patient I felt my office visit went very well. She spent time dealing with my health issues. I would recommend her to someone looking for a doctor.

She has been the most caring and attetnive Dr. I have ever been to. She is quick to respond to your medical needs. I just love here and i would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Jacobs has taken such good care of my Father In Law and my Mother In Law. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is so compassionate and caring with him and makes herself available to us 24-7. No other doctor has ever done that for us. I would recommend her to anyone who wants good personal attention.
I would highly recommend this doctor to my family and friends. Dr. Jacobs is the most caring and understanding Dr. that I have ever had the privilege of meeting. She has taken it upon herself to come to make house calls yes house calls to my aged father and mother. In my experience with her I feel that she treats the whole family and not just her patient.
