Karen might be a genuine angel. I went to her with TMJ, migraines, neck and shoulder issues and I told her I generally just felt stuck. I still don't understand what she does but when she worked on me I could literally feel things shifting. After my first appointment, I had a huge somatic release in the bathroom on my way out the door and knew I had to keep going back. I highly recommend her to everyone.
As someone in the mental health field, I really appreciate the services Karen provides to help me connect more with emotions and pain through a somatic approach. I've experienced emotional and physical releases through her work, and I truly value the healing space she creates.
Karen is amazing. The biomat is fantastic too!! She helps you with the body, mind and soul to figure out if there is a deeper source to the pain you maybe feeling other than an obvious injury. The therapy she uses is a very gentle touch and movement that is effective at loosening those tight muscles. She also focuses on calming the body and nervous system. Tailored to you and what you need. I've had several sessions and leave there feeling better than when I walked in.
I have seen Karen for about a year and half to treat my migraines and neuralgia. The cranial sacral has been an asset to my overall health
I always feel prioritized and cared for. I've been going to Karen for craniosacral therapy and my migraines have reduced in frequency and intensity. Working with Karen has improved my quality of life.
