I hired Karen Ruiz on October 19, 2023, to defend me against an injunction case. She was supposed to meet with me and my witness before the hearing to prepare us thoroughly. However, that never happened. The opposing lawyer, told Karen that they were ready to negotiate. Karen trusted this claim, but 24 hours before the hearing, they canceled all negotiations, leaving Karen unprepared.
