I hired Karen Ruiz on October 19, 2023, to defend me against an injunction case. She was supposed to meet with me and my witness before the hearing to prepare us thoroughly. I hired Karen Ruiz to defend me against an injunction case October 19, 2023. Karen was supposed to meet with me and my witness prior to the hearing to prepare us prior to hearing. Eric Cruz, the other sides lawyer explained to Karen that they were ready to negotiate. Karen believed this and until 24 hours prior to hearing, they cancelled any negotiations and Karen was left out.
