Trying to close on a condo which is listed / sold by Karen Hupp. 4 days before closing the title company tells us that the paperwork is incomplete. It should not have been listed. It is part of an estate. The estate was not even open. The seller tried even to close earlier. Karen did not check the paperwork. Karen has no idea of her job.
