Do not trust this woman!! This woman was pushy, arrogant, and fraudulent. I was told that my psych eval appt would be 500.00, and that I would have to pay 200.00 upfront. After the appt I found out that she was contracted with Tricare, so could not bill upfront, and had also billed my insurance for 800.00. Be wary when dealing with "Dr. Handley".
