We have been looking to buy a home for quite some time. Karen went out of her way to show us the home, and was very patient with us. She walked us through the whole process and made sure we understood everything. We ran into a situation with our home warranty and she was able to help us out. We rented one of Karen's Townhouses in San Jose, CA for 6 years and loved it. She always made sure we were well taken care of and never hit us with crazy rental increase adjustments. She responded to all emails or texts within a timely manner and frequently made updates to the home as needed.
