Karen Covey has been my rental agent for many years. I own a rental house in North Austin and she has kept it updated and rented for me. As soon as a renter leaves, she gets a team in as soon as possible to get the house ready to rent again. She is excellent about communicating - which is SO important and truly great to work with.
