Karen represented me well and helped me sell my house-- she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she effectively marketed my house. She communicated timely, clearly, and professionally. She went above and beyond, even spending hours to help get my house ready (staging, clearing misc stuff, etc.) Closing went without a hitch.
Karen was not a pleasure to work with. She was extremely rude and condescending in our communications. There was even a mistake she made on her end, but she blamed me and my realtor for it. Telling us that any good realtor would have called and double checked. But she was the one who posted the info! How were we supposed to know?! I've included one our email strings below.
