Wonderful experience with a seasoned doctor. She asked pertinent questions and gave great attention to detail . As a person recovering from an automobile accident rollover, I greatly appreciated her kind demeanor and expertise including her attention to my visual issues and concussion. Front office staff very warm and quick! Parking underneath. Office bldg is across from Cedars. They are in Blue Cross Network.
I found Doctors Altmans office, small, warm and inviting. Her receptionist Patty personally answered to phone (no automated phone tree) and was able to find me an appointment with in a week. Dr. Altman gave in a through exam and and diagnosed my injury correctly, sent me off for an MRI that day and call me with the results the next morning. I am so pleased with her prompt service and concerned attitude. I highly recommend her.
Awful!I should have walked out when the office vibe was hostile! Not the woman at the desk, but a woman (Dr ?) walked back and forth between 2 doors for about 10 minutes! I was NOT given any sort paperwork that asked about why I was there, medical conditions, etc. When I saw her, she could not be bothered to listen to my answers before she rushed to judgment about why I was. I finally asked her to let me finish my answers! I walked out feeling lower than dirt on the ground.
Had an appointment with dr Altman recently. Her office staff was courteous and efficient. I have gone to her for over 10 years. She has always listened to my concerns and has treated them expeditiously when necessary. I have a chronic illness which necessitates seeing her four times a year I would recommend her to my family and friends
