Rude guy on the phone and very condescending. For that we decided to explore other companies. Customer service is everything!
First he did not complete my plan check paperwork, said there was some confusion with my cart and others he had. Then after two months of back and forth it was done. Second he said it would take two weeks to complete the work to my cart and he kept it for a complete total of five months and did nothing! It stayed parked in the same spot It was in the day I brought it to him, until I removed it from his posession. Horrible experience at this establishment, never again!
