I used to love living here, but PMC property group has been as unempathetic, cruel, and unhelpful as possible in this pandemic. We signed a lease pre pandemic. One room mate of 3 needs to transfer units within Kardon, as her job requires constant contact with people and our apartment has two people with underlying conditions as well as higher risk parents. I started living at Kardon in august 2017 and at first everything was great, but a month into move I’m my roommate started experiencing bites. At first we thought nothing of I️t but then I️t started to get worse. Come to find out , I️t was bed bugs! When they first inspected our apartment they said they hadn’t found any but we were both still getting bit. Lived here for over 2 years and I have no complaints. They have done renovations to the building and are constantly improving. Leasing office is great and they answer and fix all problems quickly. Only issue is the walls are thin and the ceilings don't completely go to the top so you can see light coming from another room. Also street parking is tough during the day since it's up the street from Temple. Great amenities and events throughout the year.
Don't ever live here unless you like the fire alarm blaring in your face for 3 hours every morning at 5am with no danger of an actual fire.
