RecommendedLove the kickboxing classes. The 3 instructors are unique and each bring something different to their classes. You never know what you will be doing each time you go. That way it keeps it new and not stagnant! Love it there :)
Awesome kickboxing classes! Instructors are very knowledgable and great to work with! They work you hard - and it's awesome! Feel great after the classes! Great schedule with morning & weekend classes available!
I honored my year contract over there but I was tired of the poor instruction and structure if the classes. I found out that weapon training was being pushed to entry level students that have no business in learning about weapons when many of us needed to work on the basics of the art form. The longer I was there I found out that things were done in order to make as much money as possible while ignoring the needs of the student. I "trained" at karate johns for a year. In that time I was injured two separate times because there is no structure. while discipline is encouraged it is certainly not practiced. John only cares about money and when my contract was up he couldn't even show up to our scheduled meeting to talk about me paying less. Showing no concern for me as a person.
