RecommendedI recently moved to Clay, NY and was looking for a gym that had kickboxing classes. I stopped in and met Jamie Schirtz (one of the fitness instructors) and she took me on a tour of the place. I learned they had all sorts of classes; not just karate and kickboxing. They offer Zumba, Zumba Toning, Pi-Yo (pilates/yoga blend), Bootcamp (using resistant bands/tubes, body weight exercises), Step (step aerobics), and of course kickboxing. Karate Johns is amazing in so many ways. The staff is always friendly and supportive. John is very understanding and willing to help in anyway to see all kids become better kids into adults. My boys have been learning how to get along better, helping w confidence in school is better then ever. They're reaching goals and setting new ones

How do I start this.. Well let's see, the people at karate Johns make you feel like family. That's the easiest way to put it. You feel comfortable with the staff. More importantly you feel comfortable allowing the staff into your and your family's lives. Knowing that in my case ( x2 kids in their martial arts program) these people will be leaving a lasting impact on my kids lives.
