I Don't know where to start. I started Michael with Karate the summer of 2015. We started with 2 days a week and now it is 4 days a week. Not only does Michael do his normal class but he is in Instructor training, Leadership, and on the DEMO team. I have watched his Mind and Body transform from unfocused and chubby to EXTREMELY FOCUSED and THIN and MUSCULAR. Karate has helped him focus in school and home.
