I had never met her before...and honestly was hesitant; however when we started talking the feeling changed. I felt comfortable...she was knowledgeable, and I left feeling my questions and needs were met! Thank you!

Kara knew her sales approach and was efficient. We decided the Oakes was not for us. One reason...we want Ala carte meals and dont want to pay for 3 meals per day when we may not even be there. So the "rent" was high because of 3 per day meals. Second reason..we want 2 bedrooms...more space. Thank you for your time but not interested.
