As an out-of-state buyer who needed someone I could trust, Kara certainly checked all the boxes. She saved me from purchasing flights on top of a busy schedule, and assumed much of the burden with property visits. She placed all the necessary phone calls to local authorities, HOA, etc to make sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed.
