Waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Felt rushed and not a lot was thoroughly explained and I was trying to ask questions as she was walking out the door after meeting with me for 5 minutes. The nurses switched a couple times due to admitted lack of communication. There was a piece of trash on the floor in the room and the counter had a dirty spot you could see. Wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t a doctor’s office.
She listened and answered all my questions and had suggestions that will actually make a difference.
