I’ve been a patient of Dr Brooks for 9 years. She has provided an excellent path for diabetic treatment for me and I’ve had amazing success. I highly recommend her.
I have been seeing Dr. Brooks for years and still am without diagnosis for condition. I became ill and had to go to the ER since she would not return my phone calls and it is impossible to call her office and speak directly with her. Following my ER visit I scheduled an appt to follow up and make certain my treatment had been successful. She had me do x-rays and sonograms then never mentioned the results. Doesn't listen and fixates on a single problem. I have also had problems with her office not returning my phone calls. Called it quits and will find another doctor.
I’ve been a patient for 3 yrs. she’s professional and thorough. She takes time to answer all questions and explains everything. Moving here from Houston the medical care was not the same I have 5 doctors here. Dr Brooks is by far the best! She could hang with the Houston Doctors any day. If your looking for a excellent Doctor she’s worth the time it takes to schedule a appointment. FYI the Doctors who work for Sacred Heart do not have control over the staff that handles the phones.
I had Dr. Brooks as my primary care physician until her "follow up" procedures were tested and proven to be totally UNacceptable! I had to go to the hospital emergency room because of blood in my urine. As a Lupus patient, the hospital directed Dr. Brooks to "follow up" with me after I left the hospital to check to see how I was doing and how this medical issue could be resolved.
