Dr. Brooks gives you all her attention during your appointment and doesn’t make you feel like she is rushing through the appointment to get to the next patient. Very thorough in reviewing your history and current state.
Dr. Brooks was great when I first started seeing her over 10 years ago, but the level of care has been uneven through the years. She even yawned in my face one time as if I was boring her with my health issues. I have had unresolved issues for the past two years and still no answers. I have to look for my test results in the portal and then contact her office because they don’t contact me about test results. Dr. Brooks is straight forward and very thorough with her care. She’s caring and concerned.
Dr. Brooks was very patient. She actually listened and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. She went past the physical and mental aspects of my health and took a moment to just validate me. That felt good.
I tried to make an appointment several times and the woman at the front desk was not helpful at all ! I will never go there again !!
