After 7yrs of being a patient, I feel her heart is not in it anymore. My annual visit consisted of a quick listen of my heart and some test to be ordered. That was it after waiting for an hour. FIlling out the pre-check took more time than her visit. I am really disappointed with her and the whole Sacred Heart Cult. She is really a sweet person but not what I need in a physician.
Dr. Brooks makes sure to address concerns and if needed, sends me for needed tests and referrals.
Dr Brooks was recommended to me when searching for a new physician. I was highly impressed with the concern about me as a person, not only just a patient. She was kind and very thorough learning about my conditions, concerns and impacts it has on daily life. I was highly impressed with the overall experience and before even leaving knew I found my new Dr.
Dr Brooks is a very caring doctor. I never feel rushed during our visit. She lets me ask questions and has down to earth answers will even look something up while we are chatting. I have been seeing her for about 12 years. Thanks for all you do.
Staff is friendly, professional and appointments are handled in a timely way.
She was my doctor when I was a teen and I finally have insurance again so she's my doctor now again. I absolutely love her, she's the best!
