Don't be fooled by the 4-5 stars given by their own people It's true. Brett Shockey never responds to any issues related to our condo. The front desk doesn't even answer calls over half the time! Brett only responds (typically after a couple weeks, months, or after consistent calls/emails) if the issue becomes outrageously dramatic due to your anger and frustration with his negligent behavior. Satisfied Condo Owner I came across this web page by accident because I was looking for our HOA's website and didn't understand some of the comments made about Kappes Miller. I suppose everyone is entitled to their opinion, however, my experience has been nothing but positive and Brett Shockey has always been helpful, professional, and responsive. -Tom Boster
Kappes Miller Management is not telling us what we need to know!! How do we get help on the weekend's and holidays? We have a garbage enclosure door coming off its hinges so we can't get inside!! Kappes Miller Management is Great KM has always been very helpful whenever I have an issue. Had a nasty rodent issue and their manager Mr. Shockey handled this issue quickly and professionally. He did a good job keeping me in the loop with status updates.

Kappes Miller is Bad! At least three of the previous reviews are obviously the work of KM themselves (a common practice). My HOA's list of beefs with KM is literally too long to put here. Our KM rep, Brett Shockey is not responsive at all and has never once acknowledged any of his or KM's lack of action or even concern regarding either small or large incidents in the building.
