I waited 3 months for our appointment. On the day of the appointment, as soon as we walked into the office, the receptionists gave us very dirty looks and spoke to us with a very unprofessional attitude. They were even making comments about mainlanders. They had us waiting in the room for 3 hours while they filled out the physical forms for my two children 3 hours! Something completely ridiculous. Never coming back.
Go elsewhere. Can’t get appointments. They’ll keep suggesting walk in’s as if you’re non-emergent and don’t have a job. Extremely rude. They diagnosed me with diabetes in August, but no follow up until December. It took months just for them to figure out how to get my prescriptions through. It took 6 months of delays, gap in appointments and 2 trips to the ER because I couldn’t get seen when I was extremely ill. I’ve finally stepped away. Front desk receptionist is incredibly rude
Just established care with Dr Ian. He made me feel so comfortable from the start, he did a great job listening AND addressing all my concerns, and was thorough with the information he provided me. Highly recommend to anyone needing a PCP
