Be careful they do exams and procedures that are not covered by you insurance. Then they hit you with this hefty bill. They recently switched to ai automated system. That pulls charges from past years and now they are holding you accountable. Nothing said from last years visit. Not one letter, not one phone call, not on bill. But now the want to collect prior to my visit. This is a scam. Watch your pockets.

Staff are very unprofessional. Lied about not opening the bathroom door when asked if somebody had opened the bathroom door and just reasoned out anything to get their ways. I would say knock the door first before attempting to open the bathroom door. Very unprofessional lied someone didn't open the bathroom door when someone was using it...have respect! Train employees to more honest and loyal..not to lie that somebody didn't open the door. Be shameful and karma will get to you!
I was referred by my PCP to this clinic for my chalazion. At the first appointment, they did an initial eye checkup and gave me an antibiotic ointment even though I don’t have an eye infection. At the second appointment, Dr. Nancy checked my chalazion and gave me an eye mask and eyelid cleanser from her store without even asking me, then referred me to her spa clinic for an eyelid cleaning, another out-of-pocket expense. Referred to Kapolei Eye Care initially for pressure in both eyes due to diabetes. Dr. Chen performed 2 iridotomies. Also determined that cataracts were forming in both eyes and would require lens replacements due to clouding. I elected to go with upgraded lenses instead of the standard to avoid having to wear glasses again. Start to finish (about 4 weeks) of the cataract surgeries, 1 for each eye, spaced out, I now have 20/20 vision for the first time in about 18 years.
