I wish I could give them a lower than 1 star. I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. Before coming to this eye doctor, before coming to Hawaii I had an eye doctor that I trusted and was sad to have to leave because she diagnosed me with the medical issue in my eye. So I went into this eye doctor turning in a form (at least a month before going to my appointment) to get my medical records to them. If I could rate lower than one star, I would. This was my 5 year old’s very first eye clinic, and she was prescribed glasses. From her very first check up, I was not satisfied with the service…Dr.Chen was very rude. But I still gave it a try.. and after almost one year getting checked at this clinic, the doctor said my daughter’s eyes were getting worst. Not my first appointment here so was kind of surprised when Dr. Oakes came in & said she'd be doing my exam. No reason or explanation why it would not be Dr. Chen. Came in expecting to start talks about getting cataract surgery on my right eye. Per Dr.Oakes yes the right is much worse than the left. The left??? Had never been told there was a cataract in my laft eye. But per Dr. oh yes they come in twos. Then she asked if I had had any more TIA's. Been trying to get a prescription filled for the past 2 days and the front desk people are not helpful at all! So unprofessional. Trying to be nice. Have been checking with them for 2 days and all they say is it was esigned? Wht does that mean?!
