as a physician, I did truss Dr Kaplan advise, however, the trust somewhat diminishes when she keeps charging everyone out of pocket expenses for 'new tests that aren't covered, I watched how everyone got charged 100s of dollars out of pocket. I switched opthamologists bc of location and the new dr I saw couldn't believe this. He is Colombia University trained, does research, helped invent certain surgical techniques and said there are absolutely no new tests that aren't insurance covered.
