I absolutely hate this property management. I somewhat preferred when Shawn was still with the company. This management has gone completely down hill from violations to a few leaks and I would avoid it at all costs. It’s not worth the headache
I scheduled an apartment viewing with Nicole, the leasing manager, and received a message just 20 minutes before my appointment letting me know there were already 4 other applicants. The message made it pretty clear she didn't think it was worth her time to show me the unit. Showing apartments is literally the job of a leasing manager and to dismiss a scheduled applicant with a last-minute heads-up like that is just poor practice. Broken waterlines, illegal meters, broken gas lines, exposed wiring
The only positive experience I had with Kape was being able to set up a same-day walk-through for an apartment. Unfortunately, everything after that was disappointing. I promptly submitted my application and followed up multiple times asking for an update, but I never received a response. While I understand I wasn’t selected for the apartment, simply communicating that would have been appreciated.
