My daughter asked for one service and they gave her an upgraded service that she did not ask for. They over charged her and then they were very rude about it when she asked why she was being charges for something she did not ask for. They made no effort to correct the mistake. Will not go there again. There are too many nail salons to go back and be treated so poorly.Extremely disappointed!!

I am very disappointed with you guys. Went to get my nails done for prom a week ago and they are already falling off. I got acrylics which are supposed to last up to 5 weeks, and they only lasted about 5 days. I wanted a refund and they said no. They said they would fix them, but wouldn't fill in the ones that had a huge gap in between the nail and cuticle. So I ended up going home and doing them myself. I will never ever go back again. Too expensive, and horrible costumer service, and very low quality.
Love this place for my pedicures! Very professional and friendly staff.
