My son recently had a total hip replacement. I did not find nursing staff to be friendly. I was surprised being that I am a recovery nurse and understand what it's like to be on the other side of things. Example walked to nurses station for something ... 3 nurses,sitting there no one offers to help me...when I ask if they can refill my son's ice pack I get the look... and said they would bring it back to room. These people are all wonderful! Everyone from registration to preop to the nurses on the floor, was prompt, kind and great at what they do. Thanks for taking such good care of Angie!!
From check in time to discharge time, the staff was beyond professional and caring. They made certain that I was 100% comfortable and that my pain was under control. This was my first surgery (Hip Core Decompression) and every question I had was answered. I would not hesitate to go back for any other procedures. They also made sure that my wife was 100% informed about how I was doing and took the time to explain everything to her.
This place is awesome! From having a private room to all my nurses being so sweet and caring. Food is even good :). Overall I've had a great experience here !
