Right before we went on the market and moved away, a pipe burst and flooded our house. We had to move away but our realtor, Jeremy Fouse, coordinated the repairs for us. He told us we needed to paint some rooms which we ignored. After a few price drops and a few months, we finally listened to him and painted the rooms. We had an offer that same day, before the painters even cleaned up.

Jeremy was a great agent to have. He gave us some tips on preparing our home for sale. We received an offer within a week. There was a problem with the buyers credit and their loan wasn't able to go through. However we received another offer about 3 weeks later. I was impressed with this as we had attempted to sell our home one year earlier with a different agent and received no offers in a 4 month timespan.
