Recommended"Your Leadership Edge" was a great experience. The individual Edge groups was a way for each individual to look at themselves, as well as, each other.
I had three days of fun challenging engagement. The days gave me a new perspective of how to be a leader and how the adaptive process is very, very fluid! I would recommend the classes to anyone wanting a deeper understanding of being a leader. Thank you so much!
