I had the opportunity to attend Your Leadership Edge and couldn't be more excited. This was not your typical lecture about leadership, where you take notes and hope something sticks. I'm excited to begin putting some of these activities together with my colleagues.

Let me start by saying that I have attended NUMEROUS leadership courses in my 10 years of sales, but the KLC Leadership Edge course is by far the best! From the facilitators, coaches, and individuals that you meet in your Edge groups, the insight you receive during the duration of this program is top-notch. Go in open-minded, and prepare to transform your mindset not only in the workplace but at home as well!
I attended Your Leadership Edge recently and found the program incredibly explorative, rewarding, and directly applicable to many aspects of my life both in and outside of work! I highly recommend participating in this transformative process! I can't thank the wonderful KLC staff and other participants enough!
Get out of your box and see what's out there for you! The comfort zone will broaden the more you experiment with the tools KLC gives you to work with and carry back to your career.
