Don and the Home Guys are fantastic. The appraisal was a good deal for us. But the real game changer was the flexibility of sell now , move later. Don was patient and accommodating We viewed at least a dozen houses , some several times. Even had a few contracts where bidding wars pushed the price out of our comfort zone. Don Hamm was a pleasure to work with! Honest, fair and transparent from the get go. We sold our final rental property and closed in less than 30 days from the date of offer. They really mean it when they say "as is" and almost no closing costs. Wish we would have worked with them on our previous rentals when we were ready to sell.
