Don from the Kansas Home Guy’s is a very fair and friendly person. He gave us a much better offer than the competition by a lot. He was willing to give us much time as we needed to get all of our stuff moved out. Don’t waste your time with the other guys, go to the Kansas Home Guys and they will treat you right!

Don and the Home Guys are fantastic. The appraisal was a good deal for us. But the real game changer was the flexibility of sell now , move later. Don was patient and accommodating We viewed at least a dozen houses , some several times. Even had a few contracts where bidding wars pushed the price out of our comfort zone. the home was an older home but had been updated and was well kept. There is a full size ice hockey game in the house! The yard needed some attention though
