I was a customer at a business Pye-Barker serviced today. The rep wasn't openly rude, but thought it reasonable to take personal calls loudly in front of the business's patrons, while making the business owner wait (it sounded thoroughly non-urgent). Then he proceeded to request the billing address and other personal information to process a credit card payment, with no regard to their customer's privacy.
