I was a customer at a business Pye-Barker serviced today. The rep wasn't openly rude, but thought it reasonable to take personal calls loudly in front of the business's patrons, while making the business owner wait (it sounded thoroughly non-urgent). Then he proceeded to request the billing address and other personal information to process a credit card payment, with no regard to their customer's privacy. Beware of unsolicited services and unethical billing practices when dealing with Pye-Barker Fire & Safety , LLC. A representative from this company showed up unannounced at our business premises to inspect our fire extinguishers. Without any prior consent or request, they conducted an inspection and then sent us an invoice demanding $160.72.
