I had hand surgery 6 days ago at KCOI. From the minute I walked in until discharge was a 5 star experience. Tina RN and Kelly RN checked me in and Kelly RN discharged me (with a hug). They never appeared rushed. I am a retired RN and a picky consumer of healthcare. After a recent fall I have encountered multiple healthcare providers. Your entire team was amazing. They even offered how lucky they felt to work at KCOI. 100 % recommend KCOI. Thank you to the entire team.
I went for an urgent care issue with my foot. I was misdiagnosed, and had a fracture completely missed, and major dislocation blown off as hammertoe. The walking boot they charged me for was 2 sizes too big, was so tall I couldn't bend my knee (my knee was NOT injured!) and they didn't check the boot for fit before I left, or show me how to use the air feature.
