I was in an accident In St Louis and gave my case to Kanner and Pintaluga. It has been 1 year and 10 months and they have not called nor returned my calls in over 8 months. I made a huge mistake trusting them, don't make the same mistake I did, there are much better choices than this sorry law office use one of them

Los peores abogados,, cuando llamé por un accidente automovilístico me llamó un tal Juan Camilo Rincón y me prometió muchas cosas buenas y después de que mi esposa y yo perdimos días de trabajo ahora le llamo al señor Juan y se esconde también le dejo mensajes de voz y no me regresa la llamada desde hace una semana y también las secretarias solo dicen que no pueden dar explicaciones,, abandonan a los clientes sin avisar,, ojalá y lean esto para que busquen a otra firma de abogados

Do not ask/allow this firm to represent you, they will pretend they will help you and leave you feeling like there is hope. Last minute they will just up and leave you hanging when things get too expensive for them. Kenner: Hit by a speeding car while jogging and almost died. Couldn’t pick up my new born son for 2 years. Could barley walk. Then after my 2nd spine surgery I got a really bad spine infection. Almost died again. If hadn’t made it to ER in time I would have they said. Had PIC line going straight into my heart for months. Was out of work for 2 years. A lawyer won't handle your case, but will be on standby if needed. So you pay lawyer fees, but a watered down version of a lawyer, if the lawyer has to come in it's an additional charge. Other firms have real lawyer on the case, no additional charge, getting things done in a timely and professional manner.

Very pushy, ungrateful, disrespectful, people I ever had in counters with, the secretaries were nasty. Hung up on me several times, very unprofessional. If things go wrong it's your fault because they're always right. They treat you like they're doing you a favor, not their job.
