Do not ask/allow this firm to represent you, they will pretend they will help you and leave you feeling like there is hope. Kenner: Hit by a speeding car while jogging and almost died. Couldn’t pick up my new born son for 2 years. Could barley walk. Then after my 2nd spine surgery I got a really bad spine infection. A lawyer won't handle your case, but will be on standby if needed. So you pay lawyer fees, but a watered down version of a lawyer, if the lawyer has to come in it's an additional charge. Other firms have real lawyer on the case, no additional charge, getting things done in a timely and professional manner.
Very pushy, ungrateful, disrespectful, people I ever had in counters with, the secretaries were nasty. Hung up on me several times, very unprofessional. If things go wrong it's your fault because they're always right. They treat you like they're doing you a favor, not their job.
