Teren and Alyssa are amazing! During the application, leasing and moving in process they were super helpful!! My husband Application got denied because of an 13 year old drug conviction, they don’t tell you what disqualifies you before applying , so if you have any old convictions don’t waste your time putting in an application because you will be denied and there’s no refund for application. FHA… is definitely not with morgan property
