If you have kids, take advantage of what the YMCA has to offer and join. Best swimming lessons in the area. They have always updated their fitness center and they carry all top-of-the-line commercial gym equipment.
Love the cycling and yoga classes. The gym has all state of the art equipment. I think I’m going to try some of the water fitness classes next month.
I've been a member for a long time. Love that I can swim,run outside the property, weight train,play basketball and swim. Gotta have variety.

Emician basketball camp performance this week theme was Rock and Roll they won first place, this is last day of Summer Camp he had so much fun, went on a lot of fun field trips to places he never been to, he went swimming every day, did Art's and Craft, learned a lot and meet some new friends. The Summer Camp supervisor said he was a very good during Camp, thanks to all of the Camp Workers for all of their hard work and dedication, Emician said this was the best Summer Camp
