Tried multiple times since April to get in for my kids to be seen before we move. Even asked to be seen by different doctors within the same building since insurance allows this however the front staff said this couldn’t be done. After waiting months to get seen for a June 13th appt and calling multiple times for cancellations I get a call today that they have to get me a new appt due to Dr Karmakar not being in the office on that day anymore. Very difficult to schedule an appointment. Steps to schedule an appointment: 1. You call the given number 2. provide all the details over the phone(~20 minutes) 3. After taking all info, they will say somebody from dr. office will call you to schedule appointment in next 2-3 hours. 4. Now you have to sit next to your phone and wait for their call. If you miss the call you have start from step 1. you might go depression if you miss their call :) Its better to avoid them
