Front desk staff act as if they are doing you a favor by acknowledging you. They roll their eyes more than my teenagers. I’ve never waited less than 90 minutes. It’s an outing when we go. Bring water, food, blanket.
Rude and uncaring doctor and staff. Disorganized scheduling. Unaccommodating.
Another person sent to the psych unit to be detoxed from all the medication that was contradicting each other and incorrect for the diagnosis. After sleeping day and night for months a clear head is quite a relief. All the posts are so right, she is a legalized drug dealer. Somebody stop her!!
I've been visiting Dr. Kanji for several years after suffering a traumatic experience. My medical doctor prescribed incorrect meds and Dr. Kanji was extremely well knowledged in making the proper adjustment needed. Dr. Kanji always greets me with a smile and with a warm hug upon departure. Dr. Kanji basically stabilized my new life and for that I will be forever grateful.
Avoid at all costs. She should not be practicing. She should be reported. Gave one star because I had to.
I'm writing this review for people who are looking for quality psychiatric care. For your safety and wellbeing please choose another psychiatrist. If you are looking for someone who is professional, capable of discussing medication needs and options, and willing to address your concerns, Dr. Kanji is not the appropriate doctor for you. If you need someone who seems engaged and compassionate I'd recommend choosing a different psychiatrist.
I would never ever recommend this Dr. to anyone I know, not even my worst enemy because I wouldn't want her to gain another $50 co-payment. First off the girl who answers the phones and is on their answering machine is the rudest. Secondly they only accept CASH copayments which is a racket. Then you think you're going to talk to the Dr. but she is basically only interested in you taking up 5 minutes max of your time ($50 for 5 minutes, yes) and she just wants to write prescriptions.
I was trying to become a returning patient of Dr Kanji but the arrogance and unprofessional Office staff will ruin her practice I attempted to set up appointment leaving answering messages and email but no calls were made Also had problem with my medical insurance that was active just went to Dr a day ago and had no problem with processing my insurance. When I was a patient years ago the admin seem to able to handle the office week and endure the pressure.Dr Kanji's office conduct has another b
The office staff (especially the office manager) as well as the Doctors at this practice are unprofessional with no regard for the well being of their patients. They should be ashamed to call themselves professionals, let alone doctors of mental health. Save yourself from this sorry excuse of a doctors office.
