Terrible and rude office staff. Extremely long wait times
Screamed at me and my family, pushed my child to take high dose of medication after speaking to them for fifteen minutes, completely irrational, unempathetic and does not listen to the a thing anyone says. Told my child “they have been through and seen nothing” and “unable to respect another human being,” and they went home in tears. Completely unprofessional and should be taken out of this practice.
Stay far away, she is a drug pusher and heard nothing i had to say

Dr. Kanji is a very professional and caring doctor. She has provided help to me in times of need. I have recommended her to friends and they also are extremely happy with their results and her caring manner.
Dr. Kanji can be very effective as well as knowledgeable . However,it is the 2women in the reception office (bleached blonde)especially who is very rude and runs into Dr. Kanji office where you can hear talking badly about her patients.I have a Service Dog and this woman remarks to Dr.Kanji every appt I have,regarding the care of my dog.My dog is my life.I guess she has nothing better to do. I’ve been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Kanji’s for 5 years now and I’m baffled by these negative reviews! Yes, there’s sometimes a significant wait time, BUT Dr. Kanji’s staff has always been LOVELY in accommodating me with last minute appointments. I’ve never felt rushed when I’m in with the doctor, but keep in mind, some visits are only meant to be 5 minute “meds check” so that the Doctor can legally prescribe certain medications. Dr. K has been my psychiatrist for over 20 years. Though wait times and office staff have consistently been poor Dr. K. knows her disorders and how to quickly hone in on the proper medications and dosages. I have always found her to be receptive and caring. She does not tolerate rude, disruptive behavior in her office. She always puts her patients and staff' safety and well-being first to enable her to do her job/profession/vocation to the best of her abilities. I highly recommend her.
When I needed her most, Dr. Kanji was NOT there for me. Beyond disappointed in both her and her practice. Office staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Not recommended.
