Kangaroo van lines was wonderful to work with, from the initial scheduling and estimating meeting to coordinating the move, payment, and delivery. They were professional, kind, and able to thoughtfully and thoroughly answer my questions and address my concerns. Our sales rep was professional and managed the process well. The movers from Kangaroo van lines came within the estimated arrival time (7am for you early birds), and immediately went to work. We hired a three person crew, and they packed and loaded our belongings at the new house very quickly with zero socializing. It definitely helps to have the majority of your items in the garage boxed up and ready for them. I would be a returning customer if I decide to move again. This company is worth hiring for their efficiency.
Do not use this moving "company". Seriously, don't. We needed to move from IL to AZ. Our experience with Kangaroo Van Lines started out promising and our initial contact with Danny on May 31, 2020 was pleasant and reassuring.
