We love our pool, but the installation that was managed by Luis *********, unfortunately, ruined the entire experience for us. There was poor communication regarding installing the pool, a 24 foot long extra box of parts (heavy!) that was misdelivered to our address that is still sitting in my front yard 8 months later, and many other issues ranging from mild inconveniences to my entire yard being completely torn up by the installers (well beyond what would normally be expected during a pool installation). We had a very positive experience with Phil and his team at Kanga Pools. It took us about a year before we decided to install our pool but Phil was very patient and answered any questions that we had during the process. The pool went in very quickly and was finished in about 5 weeks. If I have questions or concerns I am able to contact the company and whatever issues I might have are addressed in a reasonable amount of time.
We have just had our Leisure Pool installed. I love it, and I love the people that did it. Caitlyn and Phil Pascoe are such a pleasure to work with. Both were on top of any questions I had during the process. The actual pool installer, supervisor, over all project manager was Ricardo ********, aka Rick, and he is amazing to work with. This company is forthright and absolutely honest in all they do. I recommend them to friends and family. Their knowledge is as good as it gets, if not better than anyone in pool building. I have a had a pool they built me for a while and I love it.
Phil from Kanga Pools installed a 10 x 20 inground fiberglass pool. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the entire install. Phil installed the pool in August 2016. Phil kept us posted on what would happen and followed thru on all items.
Phil and the entire Kanga Pool crew did an amazing job on our pool and spa- We have had the pool for 2 years now and know that we made the right choice with a fiberglass -Leisure Pool and in our choice for the contractor. I would highly recommend Kanga Pools to anyone looking to have a low maintenance fiberglass pool installed. Phil was just a phone call away and was always quick to respond to any questions we had! I only wish all contractors cared about their craft and customer service as much as Phil ****** does!!!
Most of my property is easement requiring a very small pool. Out of a dozen bids over $30K, only Kanga was able to provide products and services more in line with our budget. EVERYONE was professional, courteous, and especially METICULOUS. I highly recommend Phil ****** and Kanga.

Kanga Pools, Philip and his crew were amazing, from start to finish. Phil could have easily said "no" to taking over where a different pool company screwed us, but, he stepped up along with his fabulous crew and did a beautiful job.
