Professional and personal treatment.
From the time you cross the door threshold until you leave the office, you are in a dentist office like no other. Dr. Caven and his entire staff are light years ahead of any other practice I have been to in the 52 years I have lived in Jacksonville. They excell because of two words..Compassion and expertise.
Thank you for your knowledgeable staff and accommodating my request. Your manner and honesty is reassuring.
Excellent customer service
I really appreciate the excellent treatment provided. Dr. Caven and staff are always punctual and respectful of their patient's time. I moved 25 miles from the office but the excellent care makes the trip worthwhile.
All of the staff were helpful, including Susan and Dr. Caven. Am looking forward to my next appointment...

As always my appts with Dr Caven are pleasant and thorough. The dental hygenist is so friendly and she does a great gentle job and educates on better dental hygene.
