My wife and I have had treatment by Dr Caven for a number of years now - he is an excellent dentist, always very caring in the way he is handling the treatment and we trust him completely with any more involved procedures. Furthermore - it is nice to have that phonecall in the evening showing that he is genuinly concerned about your well being! His office is pleasant and the staff very friendly.

My rating is a 5 hands down.Dr.Craven and his staff are awesome, They truly care about your teeth. Dr. Craven's full examination is state-of-the-art and second to none. His outlook and process of maintaining healthy teeth and gums is outstanding,he's not out for money and wants to make sure that your smile last a lifetime.I had a very bad experience with a nother popular dentist here in Jacksonville that did not perform some services correctly and Dr.Craven was willing to redo this service in excellence with little money out... read more

Overall was a great experience. Learned a lot about my teeth. Dr Caven was amazing at explaining everything. There is a lot of work to do with my teeth but I know I won't be able to afford. Also I've never had to pay co-pay at dentist before but I had to for first time visit.

Dr. Caven and staff are superb. I have spent my entire life scared to death of the dentist. Not since Dr. Caven came into my life! He is friendly and very gentle. No pain and he explains everything he is doing. It is so refreshing! The staff is friendly and so nice. You feel welcome and that they truly care about you. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist instead of being an ordeal.

Well scheduled appointments, thus no waiting; first class people using state of the art equipment and technology. Best of all however is that the superb service is provided by caring, friendly people that somehow make a visit to the dentist a very pleasant experience.

I had an exceptionally great visit today. Dr. Caven and Heather made it possible for me to have a wonderful experience. I had very little if any discomfort and if they didn't have any instruments in my mouth I wouldn't have even known they were there at all. this certainly says a lot as to their work since I was in the chair for less than 2 hours getting fairly extensive work done. I had a root canal. It was the most invasive dental procedure I have to date. It was also the best experience I've ever had at a dental office...ever. Everything was explained as thoroughly as I wanted. They made sure I was comfortable in the chair with a blanket and even though it took a couple times to get it, they made sure I was as numb as I needed to be without making me feel like I was holding up the process. Overall, Dr.Caven & the staff are all very friendly and really cater to making one feel comfortable every visit. They do a great job at easing the fear of going to the dentist. I gladly recommend their practice to my friends and family.
